| Next the indian tribes did a unity dance | and sang a unity song. We got to participate in this number also by playing flutes on cue. | The next part of the show depicted the settling of Utah by the settlers. (That's what settlers do, the settle.) | ||||||||||

| A train drove through the crowd without warning but nobody was hurt. | Another train came through on the other side of the stadium and they met in the middle. (Symbolic of promentary point, Utah. Where the East met the West.) | More celebration. | ||||||||||

| That is the cauldren bathed in rays of light. | Another shot, moments before the Olympic flag was carried into the stadium. | The honor guard bringing in the Olympic Flag. | ||||||||||
