This is how the game began. This is how it ended. I didn't think you would be too interested in seeing a bunch of no-name people playing with a little puck. To get in and out of downtown Salt Lake City we took the new light rail system that was just put in.
The system was so new that the train cars we were in were borrowed from Dallas Texas. This is the Budweiser pavillian. One of the many free downtown party spots. We waited online for over an hour to get into this place. Park City Utah - the Woman's Halfpipe competition.
It was a beautiful day. I even got sunburn this day. There was a sellout crowd for this event in which USA came away with the gold. I wish I knew how to ride a halfpipe like this!
Actually, I wish I knew how to ride a halfpipe period. (Perhaps next month when I travel to Vermont for a halfpipe clinic.)
